All Your Information is important to us, we promise and hold full responsibility to save in secured & unexposed to anyone else outside the company GZH Limousine, including your name, position, address, and credit card info and more.
Booking Procedure: To book your limo contact us, 3 H in advance for a SEDAN (Berline) and 1 Day in Advance for a SUV.
Quotation Commitment: we commit to any issued Quotation, so that we only accept a written detailed orders by email, website mail, Cell phone text or Fax, not over the phone.
Prices: Quoted prices could be changed according to the Order Case , Place , Date, Time, and any other situation. Client should be informed and agreed in advance.
Lost Material: We and the driver, are not responsible for any Missing things in the car, although we try to save your missing things for couple of days for our usual-Known clients only. PLEASE Check out your Seat before you leave the car. a fees should be added to deliver any missing material in the car.
Contract: For Enterprises services, a contract should be signed in Person to cover all their needs accordingly.
Credit Card Info: for any reservation make sure that you submit your credit card in advance, All transactions, will be done after the trip being finished ( Enterprises contracts has different deal)
No Show Fee: there is a no Show fee when client book the service and do not show up for any reason without cancellation
Cancellation Fee: There will be no cancellation fee if client cancelled 3 H in Advance for SEDAN & 1 Day in advance for SUV and Stretched Limo.
Airport Waiting Time Fee: Once the plane on the Gate the first 45 min waiting is free for the International Arrivals, and first 20 min for the Domestic Arrivals
Office / Home Waiting Time Fee: Driver usually arrive 10 to 15 min before the appointment, and would wait up to 15 min more without any applicable fee
Exceptions: The administration of the GZH Limousine INC. is the only one who decide any exceptional case from the above mentioned fees.
Drivers: are not responsible to take any notice from the client regarding booking and any service reservation or additional trip , ONLY the administration are authorized to do that. Please call in case there is any changes. your business is very important to us.!
