in respect to this hard situation, we continue care deeply about your safety, and health. As we are certainly sure that you also have been following COVID-19 news in Canada , and its outbreak coverage, so we post this message to inform you about the new temporary policies and preventative measures.
* Since we used to follow our etiquette to keep our service De Luxe , as we are back to work we will be taking the following measures:
- We assure you that we continually follow the COVID-19 updates, considering every required precaution.
- We properly clean and disinfect our vehicles, sterilizing the most utilized parts of it after each guest has arrived to its place.
- We are sterilizing seats, seats belts, in/out door handles, mats and most used common areas with Clorox / Lysol wipes and sanitizers.
- Having everyone on board to wear protective face mask. sanitize his hands before come in to the car.
- Only Healthy drivers and staff that do not show COVID-19 symptoms, are allowed to drive the vehicles and urged to take extra precautions in terms of hygiene.
* In case the guest does not have one at his / her immediate disposal, one will be provided by the driver at a nominal cost.
* These preventative measures will help to ensure that you are supported when needed. Be safe and healthy with our employees.
